The Ivy 1982
Synopsis
Thirty-year-old Kinga has just divorced her husband and brings up a daughter on her own. Her new love affair falls short of her expectations, she also gets more and more bored with her job. The frustrated woman takes a time off to pursue her dream of writing a book, but this also turns out to be a failure. Kinga starts to cover up with aggression her progressive alienation and a sense of meaninglessness. The lack of real interests and passions, as well as her inconsistency, meet with the environment\'s criticism. Kinga\'s neighbor, Urszula, kills her drunkard husband who terrorized her. But Kinga is neither able to get through to Urszula, nor she can help her.
