Palimpsest 2006
Synopsis
Police Inspector , a man on the brink of mental disintegration, is investigating a murder case. It seems that the crime was committed by someone of the victim\'s closest circle. Yet the criminal cleverly covers up his tracks, tangles the leads up and provokes sensual experiences and flashbacks. Artistic blend of image, sound and music will engross the viewer into the deepest recesses of Marek\'s consciousness. The viewer will face the question of what is real and what is phantasmagoric, where is the line between reality and our representation of it, and – finally – what gives meaning to suffering and what is truly important in life.
