First cinemagoers had the opportunity to see the latest film by Juliusz Machulski, The Lullaby, at the gala premiere on the 8th February.
Starting from February 12 the film opens on screens for all the fans of Machulski's talent.
The picture is remarkable for its production, breathtaking cinematography, beautiful music and the splendid cast consisting of Robert Więckiewicz, Małgorzata Buczkowska, Janusz Chabior, Krzysztof Stelmaszyk, Jacek Koman, Przemysław Bluszcz, Ilona Ostrowska, Ewa Ziętek, Krzysztof Kiersznowski, Michał Zieliński, Katarzyna Kwiatkowska, Antoni Pawlicki.
The author of photography has been Arek Tomiak, the music for the film has been composed by Michał Lorenc, the costume designer has been Ewa Machulska and the set design has been the work of Wojciech Żogała.
The film was based on the screenplay by Adam Dobrzycki, with adaptation made by Juliusz Machulski.
Co-producers of The Lullaby are Monolith Films (distributor), OTO Film Studio and Non Stop Film Service.
The film was co-financed by the Polish Film Institute.
