Bird of Paradise 1987

Synopsis

Anka meets Jurek, a medical student, at the disco. They spend the night together, but then the girl refuses to date with Jurek. After the summer break, while looking for a room to rent, Jurek lands in the apartment of Anka, who is now – since the horseback riding accident – confined to a wheelchair. Hesitantly, the girl decides to accept Jurek\'s care.
A melodrama set in modern realities about young people who, through love and spiritual strength, manage to overcome all the adversities of life.
