A Week in The Life Of a Man 1999

Synopsis

The story of a week in the life of a prosecutor Adam Borowski. This middle-aged man leads a stabilized life in which everything – at first glance – is just as it should be: he buys a house, publishes a book, in a few days he\'s going to the UK to sing with a choir, and his wife Anna receives a prestigious award. In fact, each of these events involves some kind of a wicked deed committed by Borowski. Committed not always out of calculation, more often on the spur of the moment. Adam is not an immoral man, he suffers pangs of conscience. On the other hand, when he accuses in a courtroom, he does not show any leniency to anyone. However, by a strange twist of fate, for seven consecutive days of the week the man faces the same problems as the people for whom he demanded such harsh sentences.
