Synopsis

Robert, a filmmaker once recognized and valued in the artistic circles, showing his films at major festivals, is today a man aging and struggling with his own complexes, vices and helplessness when confronted with the new reality that ruthlessly pushes him into the margins of society. Devoid of professional contacts, he is unable to find his feet in the new reality. Divorced, he lives alone. Struggling with his phobias, he is trying to drown his sorrows in alcohol. His only friend is a dog found in a ditch by the road and saved from certain death after being hit by a car. One day Robert's ex-wife, who has been waiting for a kidney transplantation for a long time, unexpectedly calls him. This call brakes the state of apathy into which he sank years ago.
